A new autoChalk system comes with a one year warranty and support. Includes all software, hardware and installation. Problems that are not solvable remotely will instigate a site visit from a Tannery Creek specialist to resolve the problem. An in-perpetuity support agreement is offered in the second and subsequent years which offers 100% replacement of components, software upgrades and yearly site visits to inspect the equipment.
